Poor Ally didn't lose a tooth like most kids. She had the pleasure of having her two bottom teeth pulled out by the dentist because her new teeth came in before the baby teeth fell out. It was one of the most horrific things I've had to watch. Sitting there as the dentist gave her a shot with the needle the size of my arm, and then watching them yank her teeth right out of her little head...ugh, still gives me the creeps.
I was so proud of her for being so brave. She did not like it whatsoever (can you blame her?), but she didn't cry one time.
The tooth fairy rewarded her with $10 worth of sparkly, glittery bills, and a teeny tiny gift bag with a magic wand charm and an even tinier note.
