Happy Easter
I woke up to another rainy Monday a couple weeks ago with an unusually free schedule and decided to bake a cake. I'd been wanting to try Martha's ruffle cake for months, just hadn't had time. I made the cake, put it on my buffet and suddenly the cake looked lonely. It begged me for cupcakes and cookies for friends.
By the end of the night I'd baked enough for a whole dessert table. My pink ruffle cake no longer looked lonely and I had the sugar to feed an army.
