A few days ago I was in my kitchen baking when Ally wandered in and asked why I was making another cake. I told her it was for Hudson's birthday. Confused, she looked at me and informed me that we already had Hudson's party. I tried to explain that Hudson's REAL birthday was Wednesday but some people wouldn't have been able to come to his party if we had it then so we had it on Saturday instead.
Today she randomly looked up at me and asked,
"Mommy, why did you want to have Hudson's not real birthday in the backyard?"
Makes me laugh.
